Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR7E86P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR7E86P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher OR7E86P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7E86P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

DLBC, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where OR7E86P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
