Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR7E66P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR7E66P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR7E66P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Additionally, OR7E66P RNA expression shows 6,183 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight UCEC, ESCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where OR7E66P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
