Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR7E47P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR7E47P expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR7E47P is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR7E47P RNA expression shows 15,829 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight HNSC, KIRC, and THYM as cancer lineages where OR7E47P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
