OR7E36P

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR7E36P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR7E36P data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher OR7E36P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7E36P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where OR7E36P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
