Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR7E18P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR7E18P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher OR7E18P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7E18P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, UCEC, and PAAD are the cancer types where OR7E18P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
