Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7E162P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR7E162P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA 3'-end processing, Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with OR7E162P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7E162P-to-partner and partner-to-OR7E162P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA 3'-end processing grouped by OR7E162P-low versus OR7E162P-high in STAD.
