OR7E13P

associated omics data
olfactory receptor family 7 subfamily E member 13 pseudogeneGenealiases: OR11-4 · OR7E44P · OST022 · PJCG2

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR7E13P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR7E13P expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR7E13P is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR7E13P RNA expression shows 16,481 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight KIRP, KIRC, and GBM as cancer lineages where OR7E13P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes OR7E13P survival associations across molecular data types. OR7E13P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (21). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible OR7E13P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High OR7E13P expression shows unfavorable associations in UCEC, UVM and STAD, but favorable associations in KIRP, CHOL and MESO. The KIRP Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify KIRP as the clearest survival context for OR7E13P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for OR7E13P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. OR7E13P shows lower tumor expression in BRCA, UCEC, LUSC, KICH and LUAD and higher tumor expression in KIRC. The KIRC box plot shows higher OR7E13P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.365, t-test p < 0.001).
