OR7E104P

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR7E104P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR7E104P data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher OR7E104P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7E104P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and UVM show a favorable association.

DLBC, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where OR7E104P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
