Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR7E100P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR7E100P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR7E100P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR7E100P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, THCA, and KICH are the cancer types where OR7E100P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
