Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7D4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR7D4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-36P, ANKRD65, and MIR3689F. Each is linked with OR7D4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7D4-to-partner and partner-to-OR7D4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-36P grouped by OR7D4-low versus OR7D4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7D4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7D4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
