The most reproducible OR7D4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2CD4B, CD300H, and SCN11A. Each is linked with OR7D4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7D4-to-partner and partner-to-OR7D4 results are reported.
