OR7D2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR7D2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,770 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR7D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CRYBB2P1, and MFNG. Each is linked with OR7D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR7D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR7D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR7D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR7D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
