OR6Q1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR6Q1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6Q1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, TAS2R9, and TAAR8. Each is linked with OR6Q1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6Q1-to-partner and partner-to-OR6Q1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by OR6Q1-low versus OR6Q1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6Q1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6Q1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
