OR6M1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR6M1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,830 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6M1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIF3L1, PKP3_S196, and PTBP3. Each is linked with OR6M1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6M1-to-partner and partner-to-OR6M1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6M1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6M1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
