Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR6C4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR6C4 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR6C4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR6C4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where OR6C4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
