Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR6C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR6C2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK17, VAV3, and NOC4L. Each is linked with OR6C2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6C2-to-partner and partner-to-OR6C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR6C2 versus CDK17 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
