OR6A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR6A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,570 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR6A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF215, OR2AG2, and OR10A2. Each is linked with OR6A2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR6A2-to-partner and partner-to-OR6A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
