OR5V1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5V1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,347 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5V1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1P24, MIR4790, and NKAIN1P2. Each is linked with OR5V1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5V1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5V1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P24 grouped by OR5V1-low versus OR5V1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5V1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5V1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
