OR5T3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5T3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5T3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P5, AUP1, and RTF2. Each is linked with OR5T3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5T3-to-partner and partner-to-OR5T3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22P5 grouped by OR5T3-low versus OR5T3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5T3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5T3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
