Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5T1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR5T1 data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher OR5T1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5T1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where OR5T1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
