OR5T1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5T1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5T1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, CARS1, and AUP1. Each is linked with OR5T1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5T1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5T1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASEH2A grouped by OR5T1-low versus OR5T1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5T1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5T1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
