OR5T1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5T1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5T1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USPL1, PPP1R3A, and TCF3. Each is linked with OR5T1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5T1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5T1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USPL1 grouped by OR5T1-low versus OR5T1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5T1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5T1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
