OR5P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, NACA, and RRAS. Each is linked with OR5P3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5P3-to-partner and partner-to-OR5P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR5P3 versus VCL in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
