Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR5P2 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OR5P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SARC, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR5P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
