OR5M8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5M8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5M8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBPH, TOX3, and CACTIN. Each is linked with OR5M8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5M8-to-partner and partner-to-OR5M8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYBPH grouped by OR5M8-low versus OR5M8-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5M8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5M8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
