Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR5M7P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR5M7P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR5M7P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR5M7P RNA expression shows 6,625 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight STAD, KIRC, and UCEC as cancer lineages where OR5M7P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
