The most reproducible OR5M6P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Labyrinthine layer development, Vesicle targeting, and Peroxisome organization. Each is linked with OR5M6P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5M6P-to-partner and partner-to-OR5M6P results are reported.
