Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5M10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR5M10 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher OR5M10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5M10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where OR5M10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
