OR5L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, GPS2, and ADAM18. Each is linked with OR5L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5L2-to-partner and partner-to-OR5L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
