OR5L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP20, AKR1C2, and COX7B2. Each is linked with OR5L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5L1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP20 grouped by OR5L1-low versus OR5L1-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
