Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5K4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR5K4 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher OR5K4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5K4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
