The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher OR5K4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5K4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where OR5K4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
