Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5K3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR5K3 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher OR5K3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5K3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where OR5K3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
