OR5J2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5J2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5J2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF1, MYBPH, and TRPM7. Each is linked with OR5J2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5J2-to-partner and partner-to-OR5J2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF1 grouped by OR5J2-low versus OR5J2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5J2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5J2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
