OR5I1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5I1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5I1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, SLC25A33, and GEMIN2. Each is linked with OR5I1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5I1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5I1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by OR5I1-low versus OR5I1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5I1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5I1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
