Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5H5P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR5H5P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher OR5H5P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5H5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, LGG, and KIRC are the cancer types where OR5H5P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
