OR5H15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5H15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5H15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PET117, RPL35AP3, and MIR4666A. Each is linked with OR5H15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5H15-to-partner and partner-to-OR5H15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PET117 grouped by OR5H15-low versus OR5H15-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5H15→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5H15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
