Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5H14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,054 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR5H14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of peptide transport, Regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway. Each is linked with OR5H14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5H14-to-partner and partner-to-OR5H14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of peptide transport grouped by OR5H14-low versus OR5H14-high in STAD.
