OR5H14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5H14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5H14-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOVA1, RIMS2, and GANAB. Each is linked with OR5H14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5H14-to-partner and partner-to-OR5H14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOVA1 grouped by OR5H14-low versus OR5H14-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5H14→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5H14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
