OR5H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ42, ITGB1BP1, and CENPO. Each is linked with OR5H1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5H1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ42 grouped by OR5H1-low versus OR5H1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
