Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5G5P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR5G5P data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR5G5P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5G5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where OR5G5P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
