Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR5BB1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR5BB1P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR5BB1P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, OR5BB1P RNA expression shows 4,455 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Together, these results highlight UCEC, and THCA as cancer lineages where OR5BB1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
