Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5B3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR5B3 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OR5B3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5B3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, KIRP, and GBM are the cancer types where OR5B3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
