Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5AP1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR5AP1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR5AP1P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5AP1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, SKCM, and KIRP are the cancer types where OR5AP1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
