Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR5AN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR5AN1 data layer compared with 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher OR5AN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR5AN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR5AN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
