OR5A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR5A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and RBM15. Each is linked with OR5A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5A1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by OR5A1-low versus OR5A1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR5A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR5A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
