Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR5A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D4, SLC29A4, and KNL1. Each is linked with OR5A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR5A1-to-partner and partner-to-OR5A1 results are reported.
