Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR56B4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR56B4 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher OR56B4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR56B4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.

UCS, LGG, and LIHC are the cancer types where OR56B4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
