Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR56A4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR56A4 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR56A4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR56A4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where OR56A4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
