The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher OR56A1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR56A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KICH, OV, and BRCA are the cancer types where OR56A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
